Section 8(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018
(1)The Administrative Secretary of concerned department(s) shall designate Departmental Nodal Officer for Single Window Clearance Committee(s) at Divisional and District levels.
