Section 15(2) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(2)Subject to any rules that may be made in this behalf the Board may, and if so directed by the State Government under sub- section (1) shall, prepare or cause to be prepared a plan setting out-(a)the extent and details of the area to be covered by the plan;(b)the details about the proposed work;(c)the programme for the execution of the plan;(d)the ways and means for the execution of the plan;(e)the agency or agencies through which the work shall be executed;(f)the names or particulars of the persons (including the Government) who will be affected by the plan; and(g)such other particulars as may be prescribed.
