Section 109(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)Subject to the rule 28, an affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition, shall be filed not less than five days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition, and a copy of the affidavit shall be served on the petitioner or his advocate or pleader or authorized representative forthwith. The Statement of Affairs of the LLP along with the affidavit in opposition in question shall also be filed.
