Section 11(3)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

(a)The competent authority after withdrawing permission shall recommend to the competent authority concerned to withdraw the recognition/affiliation granted to the institution in question, who shall take necessary action accordingly.
