Section 25(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(1)The Government may, if they consider it expedient so to do, appoint a competent person to inquire into the causes of any accident occurring in a work and may also appoint one or more persons possessing legal or special knowledge to act as assessors in such enquiry.
