Section 261(2) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(2)When any powers and functions of the District Board are transferred to a Mandal Praja Parishad or a Zilla Praja Parishad under sub-section (1), all references in the relevant District Boards Act or any other law for the time being in force to the District Board with reference to such powers and functions shall be construed as references to the Mandal Praja Parishad or the Zilla Praja Parishad as the case may be.
