Section 32(1) in Himachal Pradesh Ex-servicemen Corporation Act, 1979
(1)The Board may, with the Previous approval of the Government and subject to the provisions of the rules to be framed by the Government under section 33, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules framed thereunder to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
