103H. Application of provisions of section 100.
- The provisions of section 100 regarding relaxation or modifications of the provisions of the laws referred to therein shall apply mutatis mutandis to the reconstruction proposal or proposals undertaken by co-operative societies under this Chapter and the State Government may, by general or special order, relax or modify the provisions of such laws in respect of such co-operative societies or society :Provided that, in no case where such relaxation or modification is made, the floor space index shall exceed two or the consumed floor 'space index, whichever is higher.
