Section 350 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
350. Police protection at fairs, etc.
- When special police protection is in the opinion of the Government, necessary on occasion of any fair, agricultural show or industrial exhibition managed by the Corporation or for the purpose of guarding houses evacuated due to plague or other epidemic the Government may provide such protection, and the Corporation shall pay the charges there of or such part of them as the Government considers equitable.
