20. Classes of certificates.
- The certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall be of two classes, namely, First Class Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer and Second Class Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer :Provided that in the case of operation of waste heat boilers, which are an integral part of process plant of a continuous flow installation, a person shall have to obtain a restricted certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer as provided in sub-rule (3) of rule 33.
