Section 15(1) in The Punjab Health Systems Corporation Act, 1996
(1)No suit or prosecution shall be entertained in any court against the Corporation or against any officer or servant of the Corporation or person acting under the order or direction of the Corporation for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
