Section 38(4)(b) in The West Bengal State Council Of Technical Education Act, 1995.

(b)The members appointed under sub-section (3) shall hold office until the nomination of members referred to in section 4 is made and the names of the members so nominated are published in the Official Gazette in this behalf.
