Section 56(2) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(2)It shall contain all material statement and arguments relied on by the appellant, shall contain no dis-respectful or improper language and shall be complete in itself. Every such appeal shall be submitted through the Secretary or through the authority from whose order the appeal is preferred.
