Section 2 in The Allianz Und Stuttgarter Life Insurance Bank (Transfer) Act, 1950
2. Definitions.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"the Act" means the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938.);(b)"transferee company" means the United India Life Assurance Company, Limited, having its registered office in Madras ;(c)"transferor company" means the Allianz Und Stuttgarter Life Insurance Bank, Limited.
