- The District Education Officer, is responsible for seeing that the departmental regulations and curriculum are strictly followed, the accounts correctly kept and discipline properly maintained in all the institutions and offices under his control. For the sake of better efficiency in any Government school, he is required to recommend to the Director through the Regional Deputy Director in respect of the following :-(a)the construction of, or additions or alterations to buildings:(b)requirements of staff; and(c)the provision of additional school materials or/and equipments.
