e At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has ad placed before this Court an order passed by this Court in W.P Pr No.10690/2018 (Anil Kumar Yadav vs. The High Court of M.P.), whereby this Court, following the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme a hy Court in W.P (C) No.431/2018 (Ranjana and another vs. The State of M.P. and another), has directed that the petitioners in that case be ad permitted to appear in the preliminary examination to be conducted on M 1.7.2018. However, the result of the petitioners shall be kept in a sealed cover. In that case the challenge was to the fixation of age in of Rule 7(1)(b) of the Madhya Pradesh Higher Judicial Service rt (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules 2017. The same is ou under challenge in this petition also.
Under the circumstances, in the light of the order dated C 17.5.2018 passed by this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Yadav h vs. The High Court of M.P. (W.P No.10690/2018), the petitioner is ig permitted to appear in the preliminary examination to be conducted on H 1.7.2018. However, his result shall be kept in a sealed cover till the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P (C) No.431/2018.
