Section 18(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(1)The Claims Commissioner may, for the purpose of determining any claim for compensation choose one or more experts possessing any knowledge of any matter relevant to the inquiry.
