258. Management of minor water bodies in the Scheduled Areas.
- Planning and management of minor water bodies in the Scheduled Areas shall be entrusted to Gram Panchayats, Mandal Praja Parishads or the Zilla Praja Parishads, as the case may be, in such manner as may be prescribed.
