Section 40(5) in THE RAJASTHAN ELECTROPATHY SYSTEM OF MEDICINE ACT, 2018
(5)As soon as may be after the first day of October every year, the revisedbudget for the year shall be framed and such revised budget shall, so far as may be, besubject to all the provisions of the foregoing sub-section applicable to a budget.
