Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
(1)The Chancellor, the first Vice-Chancellor of the University and the first members of [the Senate, the Syndicate and the Department of Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research of the University] [Substituted for 'the Senate and the Syndicate of the University' by Gujarat No. 30 of 2003, dated 19th September 2003.] and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of "The Gujarat Ayurved University."
