Section 32 in Gujarat Road Safety Authority Act, 2018

32. Act not in derogation to any law for the time being in force.

- The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of any of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 or any other law for the time being in force.
