Section 27(6) in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
(6)Where the licensee shifts his residence to another place within the said ten kilometers or shifts his residence beyond the said distance, he shall within a fortnight of shifting to the new residence, intimate the new address to the Officer Incharge of the Sanctuary or National Park.
