Section 18(1) in The Orissa Circuit Houses and Inspection Bungalows Rules, 1985
(1)Subject to availability of the required facilities in the Circuit House/Bungalow, requests for preparation of lunch, dinner, etc., shall be handled in the manner indicated in Sub-rules (2) to (6).
