Section 30(1) in The Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries and Land Reforms Rules, 1955
(1)Before determining the final amount of compensation the Compensation Commissioner shall give notice to the Collector, the Intermediary and other interested persons, if any, and after giving them an opportunity of being heard, decide any objection that may be filed by any one of them.
