Section 20A(2) in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 1955
(2)No female candidates who is married to a person having already a wife living shall be eligible for appointment to the Service unless Government after being satisfied that thee are special grounds for doing so exempt any female candidate from the operation of this rule.]
