Pursuant to the order dated 28th June 2024, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners submits that though the principal issue arising in this Writ Petition has been decided by the Supreme Court in Union of India & anr. vs. Swiss Garnier Life Sciences & Others 1, ancillary issue that arise would require consideration.
2. The learned counsel representing Union of India has submitted a note stating therein that the petitioners could indicate the issues that are not covered by the aforesaid decision so as to facilitate the consideration of the same.
3. Accordingly, the petitioners shall place on record a brief note indicating the issues that would require consideration in these Writ Petitions after the judgment of the Supreme Court referred hereinabove.
