Section 5(1) in Rules relating to registration of Pharmacists in the first register under Chapter IV of the said act 1968
(1)The First Register prepared under section 30 shall be in Form E given in the Appendix and shall be divided into four parts, according as the cases come under clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of section 31.
