Section 3 in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Fund Rules, 2006
3. Contribution of the Fund.
- [Section 103] - (1) The State Government hereby constitutes a Fund to be called the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Fund.(2)The present Bank Account of the Commission shall stand transferred to the Fund.
