94. Administration.
(1) The provisions of this part of these rules shall be enforced by the Bidhannagar Municipality or Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority, as the case may be.(2)The Bidhannagar Municipality or the Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority may, at all reasonable hours normally between sunrise and sunset and after giving forty eight hours' previous notice, enter into or upon any building or premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not the provisions of the Part of these rules are being complied with.
