104. Form of Security.
- Security furnished under the provisions of Order XLV of the Code or otherwise in pursuance of any order of the Court shall unless otherwise ordered, be furnished in the form of cash or Government securities or Post Office National Savings Certificates or a deposit in the State Bank of India or immovable property.
