Accordingly, the respondents are directed to grant Rs.5400/- Grade Pay to the applicants from the date of their eligibility in accordance with the Government of India, Resolution vide GIMF No.1/1/2008-1C dated 29.08.2008 with all consequential benefits as extended to similarly placed persons, in terms of M.
