Section 23(1) in Gujarat Compulsory Primary Education Act, 1961
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, authorise any officer or authority subordinate to it to exorcise all or any of the powers conferred on the State Government by or under this Act.
