18. Gaon Sabha to be joined as party where necessary.
- In every suit or proceeding, not being a suit or proceeding stayed under Sections 20 and 21, pending on the commencement of the Act, in which a proprietor is a party, whether as plaintiff or defendant, the court may, where it considers necessary in under to enable it effectually and completely to adjudicate upon and settle all questions involved in the suits or proceedings, order the Gaon Sabha to be joined as a party.C.
