Section 105 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
105. Cognizance of offences.
(1)No court, inferior to that of a stipendiary magistrate shall try any offence under this Act.(2)No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act without the previous sanction of the Registrar and such sanction shall not be given without affording to the person sought to be prosecuted an opportunity to represent his case.
