Section 20(1) in The Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025
(1)Any person who contravenes or attempts to contravene, or abets or attempts to abet, or does any act preparatory to a contravention of, any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made or direction given thereunder, or fails to comply with any direction given in pursuance of any such order, shall be deemed to have contravened the provisions of this Act.
