Section 47(2) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(2)The Licensee shall tap not less than 75% of the trees allotted for the shop regularly. He shall ensure that toddy is available in the shop every day for sale. If he Fails to do so the License shall be liable for cancellation.
