Section 102(2) in The Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules, 2011
(2)The components of a workable rainwater storage arrangement as stipulated in sub rule (1) above, shall include:(i)Roof gutters;(ii)Down pipe and first flush pipe arrangement;(iii)Filter unit; and(iv)Storage tank with provisions for drawing water and spill-over.
