1. Issue notice. Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 2-National Medical Commission ["NMC"]. Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 4-National Board of Examination ["NBE"]. 2. Learned counsel for the NMC and the NBE submit that the first step required to be completed by the petitioner is to obtain the equivalence certificate from the respondent No. 3-Association of Indian Universities ["AIU"].

3. Mr. Shekhar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states upon instructions, that the petitioner has made an application to the AIU for an equivalence certificate. He has been instructed that the application has been submitted online and the petitioner does not have a hard copy of the same.

4. The petitioner is directed to file an additional affidavit within two weeks, giving the status of her application to the AIU, as also whether she has applied for the eligibility certificate to the NMC.
