ORDER (ORAL)
By Hon'ble Mr.V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) Heard both sides.
2. The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Tribunal dated 22.12.2011 in OA No.1171/2011 where under this Tribunal disposed of the OA as follows :-
"3. In view of the above position, we dispose of this OA with the same directions as given by us in TA 913/2009 (supra) and OA No.678/2010 (supra). The Respondents shall comply with the aforesaid directions subject to the outcome of WP (C) No.2621/2010 (supra) pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi."
3. The learned counsel for the respondents by drawing our attention to the Office Order dated 19.02.2016 which was enclosed with their compliance affidavit, submitted that they have fully complied with the orders of this Tribunal and accordingly prays for the dismissal of the CP.
4. In the circumstances and in view of the substantial compliance of the orders of this Tribunal, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, applicants are at liberty to question the order now passed by the respondents, if they are still aggrieved, in accordance with law. No costs.
