Section 2(f) in Jharkhand Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Rules, 2017
(f)"Chairman" means the chairperson of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council appointed under the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Act.
