80. Limitation Act to apply to appeal under section 78 or 79.
- The provisions of section 4 and of sub-section (1) and (2) of section 12 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 [(Central Act IX of 1908)] [See now the Limitation Act, 1963 (Central Act 36 of 1963).] shall, as far as may be, apply to any appeal under section 78 or 79.
