146. Transfer of duties of Land Records Officer to Settlement OffiCers.
- When any district or other local area is under Settlement operations, the duty of maintaining the maps and field books and preparing the annual registers may be transferred under the orders of the State Government from the Land Records Officer, to the Settlement Officer, who shall thereupon exercise all the powers conferred on the Land Records Officer by Chapter VII.
