Section 40(3) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(3)If any affiliated college or recognised or approved institution affected by subsection (2), raises any dispute as to the withdrawal of its rights of affiliation or recognition or approval, then such dispute shall be referred to the State Government and the State Government shall decide the dispute and its decision shall be final.
