Section 5 in Punjab Tissue Culture Based Seed Potato Act, 2020
5. Certification agency.
- The Punjab State Seed Certification Authority established under Section 8 of the Seeds Act, 1966 or any other agency, as may be notified by the State Government shall be the certification agency for certification and traceability for such other purposes.
