Section 30(3) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(3)Any person who contravenes any provision of sub-section (1) or subsection (2), shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both.
