28. Restriction on transfer of property.
- No immovable property shall be acquired or transferred by way of sale, gift or otherwise by the Society without the previous approval of its general body:Provided that information relating to all such transactions of property shall also be passed on and got recorded with the Registrar within a period of fifteen days.
