Section 1(ii) in The Authority of Orissa State Government under Dangerous Drugs Act, 1930
(ii)under Sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the said Act all officers not below the rank of Sub-Inspector in the Excise or Police Department, Inspector in the Central Excise Department or Preventive Officer in the Customs Department to exercise powers under the said sub-section ;
