Section 31(1) in The Cigarettes And Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition Of Advertisement And Regulation Of Trade And Commerce, Production, Supply And Distribution) Act, 2003
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.
