Section 22(a) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(a)that any degree, diploma or certificate granted by any University, College, School, Institution or other authority is a sufficient guarantee that persons possessing such degree, diploma or certificate possess the knowledge and skill requisite (sic)
