Section 27(1) in Bombay Children (Management of Remand Homes Maintained by District Associations) Rules, 1955
(1)The Superintendent of the remand home shall prepare the budget of the remand home for the ensuing year on the basis of the actual expenditure, for the past three years and the probable requirements for the ensuing year and shall submit it to the Managing Committee for consideration before the 1st day of August of every year. The budget shall be prepared in the form laid down by the Chief Inspector of Certified Schools.
